Terms & Conditions

1. Moors World of Sport Group Limited (“Company”) provides this promotion with the understanding that you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. This promotion is available for all registered customers from Malawi during the promotional period defined by the Company.
3. The Loyalty Bonus applies only to Sports betting, including both pre-match and live events. Virtual Sports and Casino bets are not eligible.
4. Net losses are calculated as: Total weekly stakes minus total weekly winnings, within the defined weekly period (Monday 00:01 – Sunday 23:59).
5. Players will receive up to 10% refund on their weekly net losses, paid as FreeBets every Monday.
6. A minimum total weekly stake may be required as specified by the Company.
7. A maximum FreeBet refund limit applies per user per week. The refund amounts are based on the following table:

Refund Table 

1. Only settled bets count toward the calculation of net losses. Voided or cashed-out bets do not qualify.
2. FreeBets will be credited within 72 hours from the end of each weekly cycle.
3. The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time.
4. The Company may withhold participation if fraudulent, abusive, or irregular betting patterns are detected.
5. All general gaming rules of the Company apply.

FreeBet Terms & Conditions

1. FreeBets must be used as a single bet.
2. The FreeBet amount is not included in the payout; only winnings return to the real balance.
3. FreeBets are valid for 3 days after being credited.
4. FreeBets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn.

FreeBet must be placed on sports with minimum 3 selections and minimum odds 1.3 per selection.
